Growth

I believe that the Falls should be embracing the growth we are experiencing and welcoming new Villagers and businesses (both big and small) with open arms. We should be eliminating red tape for development. We should also be careful to preserve all of our charm and first-class services.

Public Safety

Our police and fire departments should be well-staffed and have everything they need to keep our Village safe. This means coming up with solutions to fill empty positions. Public safety also includes maintaining our sidewalks, roads, and public spaces so that all citizens can safely enjoy everything Menomonee Falls has to offer.

Leadership

I firmly believe that our leaders should be leading. That means showing up when it matters. That also means performing essential tasks in a timely manner and not punting problems down the road. Strong leadership also means leadership that is transparent and held accountable for their actions. I believe this election is a chance to send the entire board a clear message about how we expect our leaders to act, whether at board meetings or on social media. We can tell them that we expect them to listen to ALL residents.

I truly believe that the Village Board should be non-partisan and focused on what is best for the entire Village and not making decisions based on hyper-partisan party politics.
