About Brittany

Before moving to Menomonee Falls with her family, Brittany grew up in Milwaukee. Brittany and her incredibly supportive husband, Craig, are the proud of parents of two little girls: Violet (4) and Penelope (1). They also have two dogs, an English bulldog named Moose and a French bulldog named Drogo. Brittany obtained an undergraduate degree in Theatre from UW Eau Claire and (to her mother’s delight) then went on to Nursing school. She has her Masters in Nursing from Graceland University and is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also owns a bakery with her mom and sister right here in Menomonee Falls called “Batter & Mac”. She specializes in cakes and cake decorating but their bakery has all kinds of treats, hot ham and rolls, and a teaching space for baking and cooking classes.

Brittany first moved her bakery into a tiny space on Main Street here in the Falls and, thanks to the support of the community, outgrew it quickly. She knew almost immediately that Menomonee Falls was the place to grow her business and raise her family. She loves being part of this community and is dedicated to improving the Village and helping move it forward. Brittany has always been passionate about public service and giving back to the community. She was the founding leader of the Milwaukee Area chapter of For Goodness Cakes, a national charity that pairs volunteers with children in the foster system and other at-risk youth to bake them birthday and celebration cakes. She is hard working and dedicated, traits she learned from her parents and hopes to teach her own daughters.
